ABOUT

Sabia Bridge is more than a practice.

It’s a safe place for inward exploration – where contradictions are welcome, the mess has meaning, and your own voice can rise to guide you forward.

The Meaning Behind the Name

Life is a series of endings and beginnings, each a doorway to something new. They’re not roadblocks, they’re opportunities to transition from guarded to guided, from triggered to transformed, and from the challenge of now into the possibility of tomorrow.

That’s what Sabia Bridge means: the inner wisdom (Sabia) carried across the thresholds (bridges) of life. And that’s what I offer you here.

As once the winged energy of delight carried you over childhood’s dark abysses, now beyond your own life build the great arch of unimagined bridges.

My Story

As long as I can remember, I’ve always been fascinated by conflict. Not just arguments, but the quiet layers underneath …the fears, the needs, and the patterns that pull us away from ourselves and each other. I wanted to understand that space and how people find their way through it.

That curiosity led me down a winding path. English and Women’s Studies helped me discover the power of my own emotional landscape. Divinity School gave me language for conflict transformation and the sacred space between us. Then, law school opened another door, but the courtroom revealed a system of “winners and losers” that flattened people’s very real lived experiences. Cases got resolved on paper, but the heartbreak and harm remained.

That’s when something deep inside me began to speak. My inner guide kept pointing me toward yoga, coaching, and other transformative practices. In following that voice, I remembered who I really was… a guide and a healer, someone who walks with others through life’s transitions, struggles, and identity shifts.

In 2025, I wove these experiences together into Sabia Bridge: a place where all my passions converge and how I help others move from the old to the new, with bold ideas and empowering connections.
